To: Delmonico Grill and Tally’s Silver Spoons’ Employees, Loyal Customers and Community, 
As we have gingerly moved forward through these tough times, we have slowly made changes to our restaurant and services offered based on recommendations from our local, state, and federal government; along with the CDC.

As of the most recent decision made by the Rapid City City Council here is where we currently stand:

-Face masks are optional for our staff and our guests.  Anyone who feels them necessary is encouraged to wear them while in the restaurant. Any guest wishing their server to wear one, may request that action to be taken.

-If you wish to not be seated within six (6) feet of another guest, you may make that request at the host stand upon arrival.

-While occupancy restrictions have been lifted, we have not yet returned to full capacity.  We are maintaining roughly 60% seating capacity and will make adjustments to that as we continue to monitor the entire situation.

-We are maintaining increased sanitation practices to include, but not limited to, the sanitizing of tables chairs, menus, salt and pepper shakers, etc. after every use.

-Daily temperature check logs for all employees who are working that shift.
